Located at the registered office of the institute in via Rossato n. 20/22 in Vicenza, Italy, our operations center represents the communication, control and coordination center of all the activities carried out by the institute.

It is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and manned by operators with the qualification of “special security guard” selected and specifically trained to use and manage technological equipment as well as to cope in a timely manner with any emergency situation according to specific operating procedures and to request if necessary, the immediate intervention of the Police Forces.
